WHERE DO THE INDIVIDUAL COMPONENTS OF A J.F. SCHWARZLOSE BERLIN PERFUME ACTUALLY COME FROM?
Many beautiful products have to travel a long way before they become available to consumers, online or offline. The perfume industry is no exception: it is common for the individual components of a fragrance to cover great distances. The Berlin fragrance house J.F. Schwarzlose Berlin deliberately takes a stand against this development. The heritage brand impresses not only with its distinctive perfume creations, but also with a production concept that consciously favours short supply routes and local suppliers.
When conceiving the brand, designer Lutz Hermann made a point of sourcing all of the product's components from Germany and Europe. A classic perfume by J.F. Schwarzlose Berlin consists of at least five different components.
There are various parts of the packaging, such as folding boxes and slip-lid cartons. Added to these are the fragrance bottle itself along with its cap and the matching pump. These individual components come from different European countries:
The individual components are assembled in Germany in elaborate artisanal work, with great attention to detail. The new trend of "localization" is not a trend for us — it has been our standard from the very beginning.
Special attention is also paid to the individual manufacturers. J.F. Schwarzlose Berlin prefers to work with long-established family businesses that have proven their quality over many decades, in some cases even centuries. J.F. Schwarzlose is quality "Made in Germany."
