An invoice will be included in the package, stating the merchandise value and shipping costs.
Customs duties or import fees are only due when the shipment arrives in your country, and we cannot prevent inspections by customs authorities. Customs clearance fees are at your expense. We have no influence over these fees and cannot predict their exact value. Customs regulations vary greatly from country to country. Shipping Methods
Within Germany, we ship with DPD. Therefore, a DPD Pickup ParcelShop can be specified as an alternative delivery address. We can therefore not deliver to drop-off points of other providers (e.g., DHL Packstation, Hermes PaketShop). Outside Europe, we ship with DHL Express. Please provide your correct email address, as you will receive the tracking link via email.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the item description, goods will be delivered within Germany within 2 – 4 working days. For international deliveries, the delivery time is generally between 2 – 5 working days (DHL Express). For payment in advance, the delivery period begins after receipt of payment. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
