1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively for consumers.
For Germany: According to § 13 BGB (German Civil Code), a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.
For Austria: In the following terms and conditions, "consumer" refers to the "Konsument" (consumer) within the meaning of the Konsumentenschutzgesetz (KSchG - Consumer Protection Act).
2. CONTRACTING PARTY, CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT, CORRECTION OPTIONS
The purchase contract is concluded with J.F.S. Parfums Berlin GmbH & Co. KG.
By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained during the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.
3. CONTRACT LANGUAGE, STORAGE OF CONTRACT TEXT
The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: German, English
We store the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.
4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

We deliver worldwide.

Delivery Options
We ship the products to the delivery address specified in the ordering process.
We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
5. PAYMENT
5.1 Prices
The prices stated at the time of the order apply. These are total prices and include statutory VAT.
5.2 Due Date and Default in Payment
The price is due upon conclusion of the contract, unless a later date results from the following payment terms.
For consumers: In the event of default in payment, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of 1.50 Euros per reminder for the second and every subsequent reminder. You reserve the right to prove that less damage has occurred. Further claims remain unaffected.
For entrepreneurs: In the event of default in payment, we reserve the right to charge you statutory default interest at a rate of nine percentage points above the base rate, as well as a lump sum of 40 Euros. Further claims remain unaffected.
5.3 Payment Methods
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop.
Prepayment
If you choose the prepayment payment method, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate e-mail and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Credit Card
You enter your credit card details during the ordering process.
Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
PayPal
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction.
The payment transaction will be carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
PayPal may offer registered PayPal customers, selected according to its own criteria, additional payment methods in the customer account. However, we have no influence on the offering of these modalities; further individually offered payment modalities concern your legal relationship with PayPal. You can find more information about this in your PayPal account.
Google Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), you must be registered with Google, have activated the Google Pay function, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after placing the order. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
Apple Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA ("Apple"), you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with Apple, have activated the Apple Pay function, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after placing the order. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
Amazon Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Amazon Payments
Europe S.C.A. 38 avenue J.F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg ("Amazon"), you must be registered with Amazon, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out by Amazon Pay within one banking day after placing the order.
Amazon Pay may offer registered Amazon Pay customers, selected according to its own criteria, additional payment methods in the customer account. However, we have no influence on the offering of these modalities; further individually offered payment modalities concern your legal relationship with Amazon Pay. Klarna
In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden ("Klarna"), we offer you the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is only available to consumers. Unless otherwise stipulated below, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. You will receive further information on the respective payment option and in the ordering process.
Invoice purchase via Klarna
The invoice amount is due 30 days after dispatch of the goods and receipt of the invoice.
Klarna may offer registered Klarna customers, selected according to its own criteria, additional payment methods in the customer account. However, we have no influence on the offering of these modalities; further individually offered payment modalities concern your legal relationship with Klarna. You can find more information about this in your Klarna account.
Installment purchase via Klarna
You can pay the invoice amount in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount. The minimum installment amount is 6.95 Euros.
Klarna may offer registered Klarna customers, selected according to its own criteria, additional payment methods in the customer account (e.g., interest-free installment plans). However, we have no influence on the offering of these modalities; further individually offered payment modalities concern your legal relationship with Klarna. Klarna Credit Card
You enter your credit card details during the ordering process. Your card will be charged by Klarna immediately after placing the order. An address and credit check does not take place.
Klarna Direct Debit
You issue a SEPA direct debit mandate to Klarna. Klarna will inform you of the date of the account debit (so-called pre-notification). The account will be debited after the goods have been shipped.
6. RETENTION OF TITLE
The product remains our property until full payment.
7. WARRANTY AND GUARANTEES
7.1 Liability for Defects
The statutory liability for defects applies.
7.2 Guarantees and Customer Service
Information on any additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the respective product and on special information pages in the online shop.
8. LIABILITY
For claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, we are always liable without limitation
- in case of injury to life, body or health,
- in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
- in case of guarantee promises, if agreed, or
- insofar as the scope of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on the observance of which the contractual partner regularly relies (cardinal obligations), due to slight negligence on our part, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, our liability is limited in amount to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract at the time of conclusion of the contract.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
9. AGREEMENT ON THE USE OF TRUSTED SHOPS BUYER PROTECTION
You can secure orders placed with us free of charge up to an order value of 100 Euros via the buyer protection of Trusted Shops AG. In addition, Trusted Shops, together with a guarantor, offers paid protection. The Trusted Shops Buyer Protection conditions apply, which you can find here. Buyer protection is concluded by clicking on the appropriately labeled button on the so-called Trustcard, which appears as a pop-up on the order thank you page after an order has been placed. If you are already registered for buyer protection, your order will be automatically secured (automatic buyer protection) without you having to click the button. In order to offer you the (automatic) buyer protection, the Trustcard must access order data stored in your browser's cache. For this purpose, a hash value of your e-mail address as well as the order number and order total are transmitted to Trusted Shops. If you are already registered for buyer protection, your order will be automatically secured. If you are not yet registered for buyer protection, you can register via the Trustcard as described above. Information on data protection at Trusted Shops is attached to the buyer protection conditions linked above.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
Should individual clauses of these GTC be wholly or partially invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. Insofar as individual clauses are invalid, the content of the contract shall be governed by the statutory provisions.
